The space
-Fully equipped kitchen amenities include both a Keurig & auto drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, pots, pans and an assortment of utensils for home cooked meals.

-For your enjoyment, we provide you with a variety of K-Cups, individual coffee creamer, sugar and Splenda.

-A variety of Tazo teas is furnished for you as well.

-Along with oil and spices, there is a plentiful supply of dishwashing soap, hand soap, dish towels, sponges for your convenience.

-There is a large deck off of the kitchen with a grill, grill utensils. Our beautiful back deck includes a new polywood table and chairs that is perfect for an evening of Al Fresco dining.

-Both king beds include new memory foam mattresses and luxury pillows.

-The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a large walk in closet and a private bathroom.

-The second bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom and a large closet.

-Downstairs, you will find the third bedroom with 2 full size bunk beds with a private bathroom.

-There is also a common area downstairs, with a full size sofa bed with a new memory foam mattress.

-USB ports on night stands in each King bedrooms.

-There is a full size washer/dryer with laundry detergent located downstairs.

-In the 3rd bedroom closet, you will find a full size ironing board. The iron is in the laundry area along with a laundry basket.

-Downstairs, off the common area, you will find the hot tub and towels for your convenience.

**Please read house rules before you book!! You must be at least 25 years old to book, and if you are traveling with unrelated guests, they must all be over 25 also. During winter months and/or inclement weather, a 4wd or AWD vehicle is needed to access the home. The parking pad is only for two vehicles maximum, with additional parking for one vehicle on the grassy area between our home and the neighbors.**
