Monumental Waves is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home on the Outer Banks conveniently located in the center of all the Kill Devil Hills action. You’re just minutes from some of the local favorite restaurants, shops, activities, and amenities.
You can enjoy beautiful ocean views from the third-level family room with an upside-down design. Your entire group will love hanging out in this gorgeous space with a 70” Smart Samsung TV, a comfortable 5-person couch and loveseat with plush furniture, and lovely coastal décor. With unique décor flowing into a fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops with antique white cabinets. This fully stocked kitchen provides new Ninja cookware, Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer, crockpot, blender, toaster, utensils, and glassware. Our coffee bar offers an assortment of Dunkin Donuts, Folgers, and Donut Shop K-Cups with both a Keurig and auto drip coffee maker. Also, there is a variety of Bigelow Teas and Hot Chocolate. There is a starter kit offering plenty of dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, dishtowels, and sponges for your convenience. You might find yourselves clamoring over who gets to create the first masterpiece there. Enjoy that meal in the dining nook with ocean views and seating for eight at a distinctive wood table. Or, if you prefer, you can have your meal outside at the 6-person Polywood dining table with an ocean breeze.
This third-level main area also features a King En Suite with new bedroom furniture, a comfortable new mattress, and new hotel-style linens and towels. A 60” Smart Samsung TV. As well as a half bath. All bathrooms come with a start pack of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also, a hairdryer and new bath towels, and wash clothes.
Enjoy the second-level accommodation, which offers another King En Suite with a private balcony and a gorgeous view of the Wright Brothers Monument. This King bedroom offers a brand-new mattress, 50” Smart Samsung TV, with new hotel-style linens and towels. You will find a queen bedroom just down the hallway with a private balcony that provides views of the pool and hot tub area. Enjoy the ocean breeze as you relax and unwind. This Queen bedroom has a brand-new mattress, a 55” Smart Samsung TV, and new hotel-style linens and towels. Adjacent to this room is where you’ll find the Bunkbed Room, offering a twin over full and twin over twin sleeping arrangements. This also gives way to a balcony and view of the oasis below and that ocean breeze. Share a full bath and laundry area, providing a starter pack of laundry detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets.
The first level is where all the outdoor fun will be had. The private inground heated saltwater pool and complete Polywood outdoor seating area give everyone the perfect place to work on their tan. Take a pick in which sun lounger or high-top 4-person table seating area will be the perfect place to read that book finally. Remember the grilling area where you can comfortably relax around the 4-person fire pit as you season and cook those delicious meals. The 6-person hot tub sits ready to help melt your cares away in its bubbling warm water as you gaze at the stars over the Outer Banks and wonder why there are so many more here.
The outdoor storage room has all your beach items for your convenience, including beach chairs, beach cart, beach toys, and cornhole board with bags.
This property has 4 parking spots for guests. The private heated pool will be open March-October. The pool and hot tub are cleaned weekly. Vendors are subject to entering the backyard area to clean on their scheduled cleaning days. No pets are allowed at this property. No smoking is allowed.
